The first Aorangi lodge situated below meads wall on Whakapapa ski field. Recently renovated this lodge sleeps 32 people in 8 bunkrooms. Surrounded by snow in winter the lodge environment creates it's own magic.

Easily within walking or skiing distance to the car park, Top of the Bruce cafe, bar and chairlifts. Ski to the door at the end of the day. The position of the lodge, gives you an easy ski down to get your lift tickets in the morning, you can even drop back for lunch. If you've still got some energy left after your hard day on the slopes, we can light up Meads Wall learner slopes so you can get some night skiing in as well.
