| 1. | Permission is not required at Ohakune lodge for under 4 year olds but parents must always be considerate of other members when booking in the lodge. Permission is required for under 4 year olds in the Iwikau and Tukino lodges.This is for safety reasons. |
| 2. | All junior and child members must be under the care of a parent or senior sponsor while staying in the lodge. The booking officer will not find a sponsor but can give out a list of senior members booked in that weekend. |
| 3. | There is a limit of three children per adult, including the adult’s own child or children, except school group bookings. |
| 4. |
Children under 4 require permission from the committee to stay in the lodge. All non-member guests must be accompanied by a member who booked them in and is responsible for them in the lodge. |

Non-member bookings will not be confirmed until 8 days prior to the date booked School holidays are in June and July and then from September to October Special booking rules apply during the school holidays. |
| 6. | Normal booking cancellations must be made not later than three days before the booking is due to start. School holiday cancellations are required to be made one week prior to the date the booking commences. Transfers are not permitted from one person to another. Transfers between lodges are treated as cancellations and rebooking. |
| 7. | If the required notice is given, the fees paid (less the booking fee of $1.00 per night and any bank charges) will be refunded upon written application to the booking officer. |
| 8. | Late cancellations for whatever reason are not eligible for refunds unless your bunk can be reallocated. |
| 9. | Anyone arriving at the lodge without a booking must first telephone the booking officer at their own expense to check on the availability of bunks and shall provide immediate payment by credit card. Trip leaders are not authorized to accept payment. |
| 10. | In the interests of safety and economy Iwikau and Tukino lodges require a minimum of 2 members to be present for the lodge to open. |
| 11. | Please keep your room tidy and vacuum it on the day of departure. |
| 12. | Do not waste water as we are on tank supply. |
| 13. |
Transport to the Tukino lodge will be advised by the Tukino booking officer. Trip leaders decision is final. |
| 14. | All members are allocated duties to do while in staying in the lodge eg: dishes, cooking and food preparation, and cleaning. These duties need to be done for the lodge to run smoothly. |
| 15. | No smoking in all lodges, at all times, you may smoke outside the lodges but please dispose of your butts discretely. |
| 16. | No noise in the bunkrooms after 10pm |
| 17. | Please advise trip leader if you are leaving the lodge |

Take a torch, boots and a warm jacket to bed at night in case of fire No skis or ski boots beyond the wet entry |
| 19. | Do not leave the heaters on in the bunkroom |
